Getting Started
Create a Campaign
Set up your first campaign with a name, score threshold, and choose which pipeline steps to enable. Each campaign can have its own AI prompts and outreach settings.
Add Contacts
Paste LinkedIn profile URLs into the dashboard (or use the Chrome extension). Assign them to your campaign and the pipeline starts automatically.
Review & Reach Out
Once contacts are scored and enriched, review them in the Outreach queue with their email and phone. Approve for LinkedIn or WhatsApp, skip the rest.

How the Pipeline Works
Every contact flows through these steps automatically. Optional steps (dashed border) only run when enabled in your campaign settings.
Pipeline Steps
Scrape
Pulls the full LinkedIn profile data. Works with regular profile URLs and Sales Navigator links.
Extract
AI reads the profile and pulls out structured fields: name, company, job title, nationality, birth year, UK work history, and university. You can customise the AI prompts per campaign.
Score
Calculates a lead quality score based on UK work history. Contacts below your campaign threshold are automatically skipped.
Score = (Junior × 0.5) + (Manager × 1.5) + (Director × 2.5) + Age Bonus
Enrich
Finds email and phone number via FullEnrich. You can choose email only, phone only, or both per campaign. Contacts are fully enriched before reaching the approval step.
Approve
Enriched contacts land in the Outreach queue for you to review. You can see their score, email, and phone before deciding. Approve for LinkedIn or WhatsApp, or skip.
LinkedIn Outreach optional
Sends a connection request via Unipile. Once accepted, a follow-up message goes out after 24 hours. Respects your daily caps, time windows, and minimum gaps between sends.
WhatsApp Outreach optional
Sends a WhatsApp message if the contact has a phone number. Same scheduling controls as LinkedIn — daily caps, time window, and minimum gap.
Push
Sends the qualified, enriched lead to your final destination endpoint. Once delivered, the contact is marked as complete.
Campaign Settings
Each campaign controls how contacts are processed. Head to Campaigns to configure these:
- •Pipeline toggles — turn extraction, scoring, enrichment, and interaction analysis on or off
- •Custom AI prompts — tailor how AI extracts and scores profiles for your use case
- •Score threshold — set the minimum score a contact needs to pass through
- •Outreach scheduling — daily limits, send window (hours), timezone, and minimum gap between messages
- •Enrichment type — choose between email only, phone only, or both
- •Assignment required — contacts must belong to a campaign before any processing starts
Status Reference
Every contact has a status showing where it is in the pipeline. You can see this in the Contacts.
